Many homes can be made safer, more accessible, or more feecient to adults individuals with physical and/or cognitive limitations with a variety of minor home modifications. Some of the more common modifications include installation of wheelchair accessible entrance ramps, door widening, installation of grab bars, and making bathrooms more accessible to seniors and disabled individuals. All modifications meet and exceed standards set by the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), as well as comply with all local laws and building codes.
